Performer Consent and Anti-Trafficking Statement
Last updated: May 10, 2026
Erotic Effect (the “Platform”), operated by ISM Studio LLC, hosts adult content created by adult performers. The integrity of that content depends on three commitments: every performer has verified their identity and age, every performer has given documented consent for every piece of content in which they appear, and every performer can revoke that consent and have the content removed.
This page sets out how those commitments work, how performers and third parties can report concerns, and the absolute lines we will not cross. It supplements our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and 2257 Statement.
1. Verified Consent
Before any content depicting an individual is published on the Platform, we require explicit, documented, written consent from every individual depicted, covering:
- The specific content (or a defined scope of content);
- The platforms and channels on which the content may be displayed and distributed;
- The acknowledgment that the content will be made available for paid access; and
- The right to revoke consent at any time and the consequences of doing so.
Consent is collected through identity-bound electronic signatures attributed to each verified performer. Anonymous, unattributed, or third-party-attested consent is not sufficient. Where multiple individuals appear in a single piece of content, consent is required from each individual.
2. Age Verification
Every performer’s age is verified through review of valid government-issued photo identification, plus a live identity check, by a third-party verification provider, before any content depicting that performer is published.
Performer age verification feeds the records-keeping process required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. See our 2257 Statement for details on records, custodianship, and inspection.
Visitors to the Platform also undergo age assurance through our abovetheage.com flow before accessing content.
3. Anti-Trafficking and Anti-Coercion Commitment
We have zero tolerance for content depicting human trafficking, coercion, or any non-consensual conduct. We will not host such content, we will preserve evidence of it, and we will cooperate with law-enforcement investigations.
Content that depicts or sexualizes a minor in any way is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and to law enforcement.
Indicators that lead us to investigate, suspend distribution, or terminate accounts include (without limitation): suspected age misrepresentation; signs of physical or psychological coercion; content that appears to depict the same individual across accounts without a plausible authorization chain; matches against known non-consensual-imagery databases; and credible third-party reports.
4. Consent Revocation and Takedown
A performer may revoke consent at any time, for any reason, with no explanation required.
To revoke consent, log in to your verified creator account and use the in-product revocation control, or email trust-and-safety@eroticeffectstudios.com from the email associated with the verified account. Where the revocation request comes from a non-account holder claiming to be depicted in the content, we will require a reasonable identity check before acting; we will not require notarization or a fee.
Once a valid revocation is received, the affected content will be removed from public availability within twenty-four (24) hours. Removal extends to active copies on the Platform, derivative previews, and any external display we control. We may retain a record of the removal for compliance and audit purposes only.
Revocation does not, on its own, terminate or unwind completed transactions involving the affected content. Subscribers’ access to the affected content ends at the time of removal.
5. Performer Rights
- The right to revoke consent at any time, on any piece of content depicting them;
- The right to require removal of any content depicting them that was published without valid consent — within 24 hours of a valid request;
- The right to access the consent records held about them;
- The right to escalate disputes through our internal appeals process and, where applicable, through CCBill’s dispute mechanisms;
- The right to report concerns confidentially without retaliation, including concerns about another performer or another account.
6. Platform Commitments
Consistent with the April 2021 requirements published by Mastercard and equivalent requirements from Visa and our acquiring banks, we commit to:
- Documented consent from every individual depicted in every piece of content, before publication;
- Age and identity verification for every performer through a third-party verification provider, before publication;
- Pre-publication content review, supplemented by ongoing automated detection (CSAM hash matching, non-consensual imagery hash matching);
- A complaint and appeals process with defined timelines (24-hour SLA on consent-revocation requests; expeditious response to DMCA takedowns);
- A repeat-infringer policy resulting in account termination (see our DMCA Policy);
- Records retention in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
7. Reporting Concerns
If you believe content on the Platform was published without consent, depicts a minor, or otherwise violates this Statement, please report immediately to trust-and-safety@eroticeffectstudios.com.
Please include, where possible:
- The URL of the content;
- The username of the account that published it;
- Why you believe the content violates this Statement;
- Your relationship to the depicted individual (if any).
You do not need to be the depicted individual or the copyright holder to file a report. Reports may be made anonymously, but we may be unable to provide updates on anonymous reports.
8. Cooperation with Authorities
Where required by law or by valid legal process, we cooperate with law-enforcement investigations involving content on the Platform. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to NCMEC as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and preserve evidence pending lawful disclosure.
