Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains how subscriptions, pay-per-view content, and tips on Erotic Effect (the “Platform”), operated by ISM Studio LLC, are billed, cancelled, and refunded. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. All Digital Sales Are Final
Because content delivered through the Platform is digital and consumed immediately, all sales are final. This includes:
- Subscription fees (monthly and longer terms);
- Pay-per-view content unlocks;
- Tips and direct creator support;
- Custom-content fees and one-off creator charges.
We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for portions of a billing period in which you no longer wish to access the content.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel any subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not terminate your access to already-paid content. You will continue to have access until the end of the paid billing period, after which the subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.
If you cannot reach the cancellation control or believe your cancellation did not register, email support@eroticeffectstudios.com immediately and we will assist.
3. When Refunds May Be Issued
Refunds are issued only in limited cases:
- Platform billing error — for example, you were charged twice for the same item, or charged for a subscription that was cancelled before the renewal date;
- Unauthorized charge — your card was used by someone else without your authorization. Please contact us before disputing with your card issuer (see “Chargebacks” below);
- Where required by applicable law — for example, mandatory consumer-rights cooling-off periods that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Dissatisfaction with content, a creator no longer being available, or a change of mind are not, on their own, grounds for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@eroticeffectstudios.com within seven (7) days of the charge. Include:
- Your account email;
- The transaction date and amount;
- The last four digits of the card or other identifier from your billing statement;
- A short description of the issue.
We will respond within five (5) business days. If a refund is approved, it will be issued through CCBill back to the original payment method and may take five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting our support team may be treated as a violation of these policies and may result in:
- Immediate termination of your account;
- Loss of access to any purchased content;
- Forfeiture of any pending refunds;
- Permanent ban from the Platform.
Most billing concerns can be resolved more quickly by emailing us directly. If a chargeback is filed in error, contact us at support@eroticeffectstudios.com and we will work with you to reverse it.
6. Merchant of Record
Payments on the Platform are processed by CCBill, LLC, which acts as merchant of record for adult-content transactions. Your billing statement may show “CCBill” rather than Erotic Effect. CCBill handles disputes according to its own published process; you may also contact CCBill directly through the link on your billing statement.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will take effect thirty (30) days after posting, and we will notify active subscribers by email or in-app notice.
